Shipping Info: We ship internationally

We want to keep our prices as low as possible.

EU + UK + Switzerland: all parcels are tracked and insured

U.S. CUSTOMER et ROW All vinyl are shipped as "international letter" with a tracking number. it's the most efficient and cheapest way. 90% of parcels find the right way with this option. (5% are lost 5% returned to us)

Australian customers: this option is not available to Australia sorry. your order will be shipped as simple letter.

For insured parcel please ask ( p&p approx 30 euros for a vinyl). Note that once a parcel is dispatched, Textile Rds cannot be held responsible for any uninsured, lost, damaged or unclaimed packages that have not requested insurance at the time of ordering.

Delays are in general 5/10 days for EU - 10/15 days for ROW (it can sometimes take 5/6 weeks)

Doing some investigations for undelivered item can take up to 3 weeks.

Please note: If parcels are returned to us for any reason (unclaimed, wrong adress...) we'll re send your parcel at your own cost.
